Please review our cancellation policy below: ​ General Orders: If you need to cancel a standard order, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund. Custom Orders (Cakes, Large Orders, etc.): For custom orders, we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this period may result in a partial refund, depending on the preparation stage of your order. Special Event Orders: For large or special event orders, cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the event date. Orders canceled within this time frame may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed based on the notice period provided. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Order Modifications: If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Yes, we offer online ordering and local delivery. You can place an order through our website or call us for more details. ​ We offer FREE local pick up and our delivery charges begin at $7 for customers requesting delivery in 27536 and 27537 zip codes. ​ Deliveries outside of Henderson must only reserve delivery slots on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
